  1. Who is this Robert guy? never heared of him

  2. Ngl the really bro tier shouldve been changed to “later mah child”

  3. Gucci Piano 😆- That's an expensive piano! Also Ally-Ekine. I guess this Hikaru is new to chess?

  4. I like the idea of going for fried liver, if cant get go for itallian.

  5. Where’s Bishop Opening,Reti Opening,Stonewall Attack

  6. ne7 is a blunder in the fried liver. Nb4 counterattack is 1.9 better

  7. Robert Hess appeared like he was an actual scripted event

  8. My sister in law tried to "confuse me" by using non-traditional openings and opened up with the fools mate. Needless to say, stick to traditional openings.

  9. 1. e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. e5 c5 4. Bd3 Nc6 5. Nf3 Qb6 6. O-O Nxd4 7. Re1 Nc6 8. c3
    Nge7 9. Nbd2 c4 10. Bb1 Ng6 11. a4 Qc7 12. Qe2 Bc5 13. b3 cxb3 14. Nxb3 Bb6 15.
    Bd3 a5 16. g4 Qb8 17. Kg2 Bc7 18. Kh3 Ncxe5 19. Nxe5 Nxe5 20. Bb1 h5 21. g5 f6
    22. gxf6 gxf6 23. f4 Ng4 24. Qd2 e5 25. Kh4 Kf7 26. f5 e4 27. Qxd5+ Kg7 28. Ra2
    Bxh2 29. Rg2 Bf4 30. Rxe4 Bxc1 31. Re7+ Kh6 32. Qf7 Bxf5 33. Qxh5# 1-0

  10. Every time I hear Hikaru pronounce "giuoco piano" and "fianchetto" I, an Italian, get a heart attack

  11. As a 8 year old kid i played chess to a regional level. I wasn’t amazing or anything but I remember i played the fried liver attack almost every game. It was unbelievably effective at that level

  12. An early h6 in the fried liver is a weak opening, and easily broken. Do not play the anti fried liver defense.

  13. Four knight Italian: tricks only
    There are tricks

  14. At the 300-500 level, I always played the Grob Opening and won 40% of my games.

  15. I thought the modern defense started with a fianchetto letting the bishop out? Am I tripping?

  16. Levy is so clearly annoyed this entire video lol

  17. I win on hillbilly attack 95 percent of the time I can get them super defensive and able to distract them to develop other pieces like the knights

  18. learning chess at Mach speeds … take take and take again game over lmao

  19. You played the giucco piano central variation not the giucco pianissimo which is easy, has simple game plan and straight forward attack on the king side

  20. ive gained 300 sr with hipp instantly its so good. i tried many other openings but this one is so good in rapid games most of low sr players dont know what to do against it

  21. I feel like for tier lists done with more then one person, if the two people have opposing standings on the tier list they should place it in the middle between the their two opposing options. Hopefully this would prevent Levy feeling overshadowed by Hikaru just finalising his decision in his preferred tier.

  22. 13:12 brother hikaru u got the smallest dick i have ever seen! life is not about chess, pay attention and pay respect to everyone! being a gm doesent change the world in NO WAY! perhaps you have focused a little too much on chess and have lost sight of what it means to be a civilized man! at your age, certain behaviors denote imbalances that a checkmate cannot solve.. but luckily for you, nothing is asked of you except to play chess.. and this is where your humility should start from! you have a talent for playing chess, but don't forget what's outside the 64 squares ;)) places where you, dear hikaru, obviously have ridiculously low elo!

  23. I really like playing Marshall attack for back cus I love attacking. What I don't like is boring opening

  24. I play Najdorf like this.
    e4-c5
    Nf3-d6
    d4-cxd4
    Nxd4-Nf6
Then I play Bc4 instead of Nc3 cus if black takes Nxe4 I have Qh5 trick then if black goes a6 not to take e4 then I play Nc3

  25. Robert what hhhh… Robert Fisher I think hhhhh

  26. Najdorf garbage whattt. Najdorf is one of my favourite opening

  27. Modern defense is different from King's Indian because it's playable into 1e4 – you have a lot of setup moves to protect your knight before you move it out to f6

  28. I actually played the king's gambit today because i wanted to try it my opponent accepted and i won

  29. Do we call gucci piano because it looks like a piano ?

  33. I've got slaughtered by the French defense a couple times, I personally hate going against that one, though I have only recently started really playing

  34. Does anyone notice the comment in the chat at 31:30? "Levi is currently playing the *nus opening on the toilet" LOL

  35. Add a Najdorf pic for it, c'mon. Not many argentinians around here. 😛

  36. "We play the same openings, but the results of our games are different!" Lol me too friend… me too.

  37. I was thrown into the deep end as a kid.

Now I live in the ocean.

  38. Oh great apparently I’ve been playing Grundfeld, Catalan and English… fantastic…
