What do you suggest if opponent goes Be3 after 11th move
ok but what about Bd3 instead of c3 or c4?
It was fun playing chess with you last night!
What's with useless openings lately? Biship to e3 is the mopst natural looking move and it shuts this idea down completely.
If we played Kb4 then opponent played Bd3 , help?
Thanks for this video dear grand master 💗💗💗💗
If the white plays bishop d3 instead of pawn c3, then everything goes to dustbin.
Wrong. The bishops were moved in the wrong order. Moving the white bishop out first creates the loss of the knight
What about 7. B-d3 ?
What if white plays 7.Be2? That seems best
what if Light square bishop moves?
What is white plays Qe2?
But if they push pawn to attack the queen after taking knight?
Adamisko šach invented this, he’s a really cool YouTuber, if you like the modern scandi you guys should check him out, he calls this the, “Xena attack.”
nice way to counter black's attack. thank you
Indeed GOOD to mention Stockfish options. The draw is nice and mating continuations a lot of fun threats.
What the hell ? What about Bd3 after Nb4 that’s a prominent move!
Thanks for this trap! I'm learning how to use black pieces effectively and at the same time play aggressively (since that's my favorite opening when I'm white
But what if white doesn't attack the knight with a pawn move but prevents check with the dark squared bishop or even nd2?
(After be2 you can still pin the bishop so there is still the threat I guess)
But what about those moves?
I would have liked to see that in the video because I feel like those are pretty natural moves and they aren't losing, are they?
Thx Master! Very good video!
0:49 when i was here my opponent played Qf3 I was like bruh
white bishop in D3 and not the move of the pawn c2-c3. There is a protection of the pawn C2-c3 , the diagonal b1-H7 and of course the square C2. I think the black attack is stopped.
Aren't you overlooking the line that after Nb4 white can play Bd3? That stops the queen check on e4. Black may get the advantage of trading knight for bishop but that is not quite the same disaster as outlined here
Nice video
You are the best
Thanks! Ofcourse the first 5 games I played hoping to get this my opponents did completely different things, and by the time I actually got it in a game I had already forgotten half the theory from the video
What is after 6) …. Nb4, 7)Bd3 protecting the pawn as well preventing the check ?
Nobody is doing nxd5
At 2.20 what happens if the white queen goes to E2?
I learn through muscle memory, but maybe only 1 out of 100 openings go this way.
What is a good way to train these ideas new to me without loosing 99 games trying to get it right?
how if White's played Bd3 after Nxa1
What if white plays c4 instead of Nc3?
Wow! Igor, Thanks a lot for this soo fantastic answer of black! 😊👍♟
You forgor Bd3 before Qd4
Thank you for always covering all variations. Your videos are excellent.
BD2
2:22 why are the options Nf5 or Bd3 aren't valid here for white?
Merçi Grand Maître pour ces strategy d'ouverture clairement expliqué!çe livre est-il édités en Français?avec vous je fait que progrèssé!merçi beaucoup. 🏆🎉
Thank you for this technique.
Also, it's very refreshing to see a chess player on YouTube that is interesting and serious about teaching. Too many chess YouTube content creators will yell, get excited, swear and generally display a lack of self control that is so common on YouTube. Thank you for being yourself and not a loud YouTube personality. It's more enjoyable to watch your material.
Great lines Igor!
The Peen is mightier than the sword!
my opponent fell for this trap but in different move order.
After the black knight gets the white rook with a fork, white will move his light square bishop from e2 to d3 to trap the black knight in the corner instead of moving the dark square bishop.
What about 7. Bd3? Half knowledge is dangerous GM Igor. Its amazing you did not consider Bd3 move of white.🤣
Very nice opening 😀
