  2. After watching your videos my elo has increased from 400 to 1300 . Thanks 👍.

  3. Nope, Nxe5 is a bad move, because then opponent can go Qa5, check and take the knight on next turn

  4. Black can delay by playing Be3. (First example).

  5. Bishop's opening is my favorite, grew up playing it. Thanks for the insight GM

  6. Trap 2-If oponent drap the pone D3 with quin than again bishop f2,king D1…Than more complicated position…I guess..

  7. 0:40 doesn't that allow the center fork trick? Wouldn't it make more sense to switch the move order to not allow that? eg. e3, Nc3 etc.?

  8. 4.30 LIKE better qh6 10.30 hector gambit 15.50 no dont take on e5 pawn backwards main reason to easy to take slow tempe down and also space time and force get messed. up o yea you forgot a nice move in bishop opening nd5!!!!!!!! its kinda like holloween gambit

  9. press like first and then watch the video… guaranteed perfection from Igor as usual.

  10. great real stuff for today reality !!!!!!!!!!

  11. No! Black plays Qa5+ winning the Knight on e5.

  12. Thank you sir, you have helped me alot imporove my game

  13. I think after QE5 you can't save the knight. It is very tempting though. But whenever my king is exposed on diagonals or has backrank issues I always double check any move for an incoming queen check/fork.

  14. I have always found your videos very helpful in my journey of chess. I have learned allot from your courses that I have purchased. The latest HOw to think like a grand master. Great.

  15. GM Igor what if after white moves to QH5 abd Black replies Pawn G6 what is the white's best move

  16. Are the examples from the lichess database?

  17. I'm confused in the first bit why wouldn't you give check as black with the Bishop instead of the Knight moving out the way

  18. Nxd5 is a bad move. Black can simply compensate with Qa5+ attacking the King and the undefended knight on d5.

  19. How can a pinned piece still protect a piece if it can't move? I lost a game like that smh

  20. Personal experience regarding traps is that most rarely work against other experienced players; simply play the person reactively.

  21. I'm almost playing this opening. I got 28 winning games in my 28 game. This is effective tactic. I love this opening.

  22. Thanks for this.

Your analysis and videos will be the reason i shall finally be able to reach the ultimate goal in any chess career.

To defeat my own father 🤣

  23. How do you get access to the lichess database that shows the % of moves played?

  24. Well it doesn't always work
    There's always a move that's different

  25. I've been trying to figure out why I'm so attracted to Igor's videos….I think his voice is so clear and understandable, I mean he doesn't say any unnecessary things…kinda hard to explain but I just love to hear him talk.

  26. >2 Bc4 really gets your opponent off his opening knowledge

Are you kidding me. Every sub 1000 plays the italian every game

  27. This knight move immediately loses to Qa5+.
