Do you play 1.e4 as White? If yes, then you should be aware of these opening variations. In this video lesson, GM Igor Smirnov shares with you some interesting traps for White after 1.e4.

In particular, you will learn how to counter the Petrov’s Defense, which happens after 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nf6 and the Stafford Gambit, which happens after 3.Nxe5 Nc6. These are extremely dangerous openings if you are not familiar with them.

GM Igor Smirnov shows you a really cool variation that will help you trick those tricksters. 😊 This variation has a lot of traps and gives you a quick, winning attack against Black.

  12. I don't know why, but this video, unlike the others from this channell, is not allowing automatic subtitles. A lot of people like me need them to fully understand the content. I think this is a choice to the uploader. Please allow them, thanks!
